This is an innovative and green gadgets designed to provide you clean and safe drinking water whenever you are out on a rainy day. The credit of creating this concept goes to designer Andrew Leinonen. Made out of recyclable polylactic acid plastic blend, the filterbrella has an activated carbon filter that purifies water coming on from the handle of the umbrella and then sends it to a bottle connected at the handle. Very soon to be produced commercially, the filterbrella is an attractive eco-friendly gadget.

The sink saves the waste water from the kitchen, which can then be used for various purposes such as watering plants and washing vehicles. It has also received the “Product of the year” award in 2008.

This is a combination of a shower and a washing machine where both you and your clothes can have a shower at the same time. The machine has a pump system that saves your bathing water and utilizes it to wash your clothes for the first rinse. It has been designed by Ahmet Burak Aktas and Associates, and is estimated to save almost 150 liters of water.

This wonderfully simple yet efficient pot is created by Paul Gribincea. It aims at complete utilization of your space and water by allowing you to grow some grass under the plant. It has a metal body is strong and can bear moderate winds to hold the flower pot balanced.
