CES 2013: Cynaps, the world’s first Bluetooth enabled, bone conduction headset

Cynaps headset

Slated to be showcased at the 2013 Consumer Electronics Show (CES), scheduled from January 8-11, in Eureka Park, the “Cynaps” from Max Virtual is a fashionable headset that lets you receive a call and enjoy music, on your cellphone, tablet or computer, handsfree as well as earsfree, for it offers quality  audio without the need of earpieces. Resembling an ordinary baseball cap, the Bluetooth device makes use of bone conduction to transmit sound to the inner ear through two small vibrating modules placed in the lining.

Claimed to be the world’s first Bluetooth enabled, bone conduction headset, the Cynaps gives an easy access to important functions, like taking a call, regulating volume and navigating the playlist, using a control panel located under the flap. Removal of earphones makes the Cynaps much safer for bikers or car drivers, as they can react spontaneously during emergencies.
